Forty minutes of full court pressure paid dividends in the second half as the Mustangs pulled away in the last 2 minutes to defeat the Fighting Saints 73 to 64 in college basketball action tonight at Kirk Hall.  Four Mustangs hit for double figures in a balanced scoring attack.  After CM leading 38-35 at the half, the squad struggled in the first few minutes in the second frame. Big three's from Auburns Brandon Giguere and Oxford Hills graduate Cody Hadley at the 15-minute mark in the second half  propelled the Mustangs to a 6 point lead.  Samson Olayemi again led the Mustangs with 10 points, 10 assists and hauled down 8 boards.  Justin Cocroft led CM with 13 points, Brandon Giguere hit for 11 points, and Jason Hughes and Samson chipped in 10 points apiece. The Mustangs improve their Yankee Conference record to 3-0 and 6-3 overall.  This was their 4th win in a row.

The Mustangs are back in action tomorrow when they host Northern Essex CC at 5pm.
