2024-25: As a junior, named a USCAA 1st-Team All-American, YSCC Goalkeeper of the Year, and YSCC All-Conference... Finished fourth in USCAA DII in saves and fifth in save percentage... Played in 15 games, making 12 appearances as a goalkeeper and playing in four games as a forward... As a GK, posted a 4-2-2 record in 11 starts with a .849 save percentage, 1.69 goals against average, and three shutouts... Twice named YSCC Player of the Week in weeks three and six... Made a season-high 16 saves against Husson University (NCAA DIII). Had four double-digit save performances during the season... Played the full 90 minutes and kept clean sheets against SMCC and Paul Smith’s College, a pair of 1-0 victories... As a forward, scored third career goal vs VTSU-Randolph in a 5-0 win... Part of a squad that went unbeaten in YSCC regular season for the first time in school history... Also on the inaugural Women’s Ice Hockey team.
2023-24: As a sophomore, was a USCAA 1st-Team All-American, YSCC Tournament Most Outstanding Defensive Player, YSCC Goalkeeper of the Year, and was an All-Conference Honorable Mention, as the Mustangs won their first conference title in school history. Led the conference with 131 saves. Started 14 games as a goalkeeper, posting a .845 SV%. Scored against Word of Life Bible Institue in a 6-0 win.
2022-23: As a freshman, played in all 10 games, making five appearances at goalkeeper while also playing in the field as a striker. Scored against SMCC in 2-2 draw at home on September 8th.
Prior to CMCC: Graduated from Kent’s Hill School in Maine. Played soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse all four years. Female Athlete of the Year as a senior. Was a captain for soccer and lacrosse as a junior and senior. Two-time all-conference selection in soccer and lacrosse, and named lacrosse team MVP as a junior and senior. Girls Lacrosse team were MAISAD champions in 2019 and 2022… Played youth team hockey with the Maine Moose organization and club lacrosse for Maineiax Lacrosse.
Personal: Parents are Darren and Heather Knowles. Dad played baseball for the University of Southern Maine Huskies. Has a brother Cam who played hockey and golf at CMCC.
