2024-25: As a junior, registered 18 goals and 10 assists while playing in all 12 games... Led the team in powerplay goals with 3 and +/- as a +27. Second on the team in goals, points with 28, and shots with 116... Scored her first two collegiate goals in the team's first ever game, a 6-5 overtime win at Stonehill College. Scored the team's first ever goal on home ice in an 8-2 win vs UMaine. Had a team-high 6 goals in the 23-0 win at Wheaton College. Recorded two hat tricks. Had points in 10 of 12 games... Part of the inauagural CMCC women's ice hockey team... Also an All-American goalkeeper on the CMCC women's soccer team.
Prior to CMCC: Graduated from Kent’s Hill School in Maine. Played soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse all four years. Female Athlete of the Year as a senior. Was a captain for soccer and lacrosse as a junior and senior. Two-time all-conference selection in soccer and lacrosse, and named lacrosse team MVP as a junior and senior. Girls Lacrosse team were MAISAD champions in 2019 and 2022… Played youth team hockey with the Maine Moose organization and club lacrosse for Maineiax Lacrosse.
Personal: Parents are Darren and Heather Knowles. Dad played baseball for the University of Southern Maine Huskies. Has a brother Cam who played hockey and golf at CMCC.
