2024-25: As a sophomore, tallied 9 goals and 14 assists in 27 games through the NECHA season... Had a goal and assist in season-opening 4-3 win vs UMaine. Had season-high three points in 6-2 win vs Bates. Recorded points in 17 of 27 games... Helped the team reach the ACHA National Championships for the second straight season.
2023-24: As a freshman, played in 22 games registering 2 goals and 4 assists... Part of squad that won the NECHA Championship and made ACHA National Championships tournament for the first time in program history.
Prior to CMCC: Graduated from Messalonskee High School. Played hockey, tennis, and ran track and cross country for the Eagles. Tallied 6 goals and 11 assists in 11 games as a senior… Played junior hockey for the Northern Cyclones (USPHL Elite) scoring 3 goals and adding 4 assists in 21 games.
Personal: Parents are Robb and Kara Pawson. Has two brothers, Caleb and Benjamin, and a sister, Dorothy… Away from the rink Colby enjoys hunting and fly fishing.
