AUBURN, ME - Teighlor Clare-Kearney drained a game-high 16 points to lead Rhode Island Community College in a 75-55 United States Collegiate Athletic Association win over Cental Maine Community College on Saturday.
The Mustangs (1-2) had difficulty getting anything going on the offensive end and trailed by 13 at the break.
Sara Martin paced the Mustang offense with 14 points, Teira Durgin poured in 11 and Katie Martin, Christy McAuliffe and Kayla Ellis added six points apiece. Carrie Hayden and Lindsay Henderson combined for nine points
off the bench.
Cassie Novicky added 14 points for the Knights (3-1) and Rajvi Jarvis added 10.
