2024-25: As a freshman, posted a 1-1-0 record with a .833 SV% and 4.50 GAA in two starts. Made collegiate debut in a 6-4 loss against the Colorado School of Mines in October. Had 20 saves in a 5-4 win against Curry College... Helped the team reach the ACHA National Championships for the second straight season.
Prior to CMCC: Graduated from Portland High School. Played hockey and baseball for the Bulldogs all four years. Posted a .915 SV% as a senior for the Portland/Deering co-op team. A hockey team captain, Ryan was a semifinalist for the Travis Roy Award presented to the best senior player in Maine high school hockey. Was a 1st-Team All-State selection and was named MVP for the South division team in the Senior All-Star Game… Played junior hockey for the Vermont Lumberjacks (EHLP) from 2022-24, posting a 7-7-0 record in 22 games. Played youth hockey with the Casco Bay Hockey Association Mariners from 2010-22 ending with 18U AA.
Personal: Parents are Lance and Rachael Becker. Dad played college hockey at Quinnipiac University. Brother Nick plays college hockey and baseball at New England College.
What made you choose to attend CMCC?
I chose to attend CMCC because it gave me the opportunity to further my education and play hockey with my friends.
