Game 1 of doubleheader.
CM Lady Mustangs traveled to Bangor to take on the EMCC Golden Eagles in a conference double header. CM struck first and often with power hitting. The Lady Mustangs went up 5-0 after the first. Momentum continued as CM's lead was 8 with two innings recorded. The game concluded after five innings with a final score of CM 18, EM 1.
Nicena Walker threw a complete game, striking out 8 Golden Eagles, only walking 2.
Laura Soohey went 3 for 4 with 7 RBIs, including a 3 run homerun, her 2nd of the season.
Nicena Walker added to her pitching performance going 3 for 4 with 3 RBIs.
Heather Sturks also went 3 for 4 and drove in 2 Mustangs.
