CM softball opened its fall season with a trip to NHTI. The team, grounded by senior co-captains Chelsea Riendeau and Kaisha Rodriguez, dropped a pair of games 12-2 and 19-4. Rodriguez hurled complete games on both ends for CM. CM was forced to play with only 8 players defensively. Sadie Therriault led CM with a pair of RBI. Rodriguez and catcher Haley Eck scored runs but it wasn't enough. NHTI spoiled the opener for the Lady Mustangs.

Next Saturday (9/15/12), CM will play host to UNH-Club for a double header (12p & 2p).
